Went by the house today (Monday) and the guy was out there putting up the siding. He said they were going to finish the siding today, and then finish the interior tomorrow. Sometime he is going to finish the plumbing and the oil hook-up. Meanwhile, he said, someone is going to have to do the electrical work and finish up the rug. After that, the housing inspector needs to look at it, and then he said he and his partner can put the skirt around it.
I am deeply hoping that this is just another week of work, at most. We are all excrutiatingly eager to move into our new home.
