Sara: I am not a doctor or a nutritionist, so I don't feel qualified to respond. I would follow the advice of your doctor, and if your cholestorol is still high, I would schedule regular follow-up appoints with him/her.

Hi!
I have recently been to the doctor and have been told my cholesterol level is 5.75. I'm just gone 27 and he told me that this is too high. He gave me a list of foods, but I don’t eat much of the bad things on it! Is it a case of cutting out take-aways and starting to exercise, or is there more to it?

Thanks
