WCSH6.com – People In North Berwick Clean Up After Tornado
I just heard from my mother yesterday. She said that her sister’s, my aunt Rose’s, house was almost hit by a tornado that plowed through their back yard.
According to Aunt Rose:
“I looked out the window as the wind started picking up. I saw a white sheet moving across the back yard, through the trees. When it passed, all the trees were gone. I was screaming, Bob (uncle Bob) was yelling, it was terrifying.”
Aunt Rose’s house took some damage, but it is mostly intact, and both her and Uncle Bob are fine.
