Our trailer manufactured home park is on the market, and according to the certified letter we received yesterday, the owners already have an offer from someone.
Tonight, there is a tenants meeting. According to NH State Law (Code A96-G3453, I believe) the tenants of the park must be allowed the opportunity to buy the park at the sale price. We’ll see tonight if everyone is interested. If so, then our little mobile home manufactured home park could go co-op.
UPDATE 1: Well, we did it. We agreed to form a co-op to purchase the park. I was voted interim president of the board of directors until an official vote could be held in 2 weeks. It looks like this is really going to happen. its kind of exciting.
