Read This Article on Sen Ihnofe, global warming, and CNN
My opinion of the mass media just ticked up a notch. Amazingly, CNN was actually doing what could almost be called. . . dare I say it . . . Journalism?
The background is that Republican Senator James Inhofe went on a 45 minute diatribe in congress on how the science of global warming was nonsense, and that the whole thing was a big hoax.
CNN, in an unprecedented display of journalism, aired a brief segment that dismantled Sen. Inhofe’s lies and misinformation. It did my heart good to see this. Maybe there is hope for the infotainment industry after all.

Of course, the fact that Glenn Beck on CNN Headline News openly attacked Global Warming with a member of the California Senate somewhat undercuts that.
