| You scored as Hedonism. Your life is guided by the principles of Hedonism: You believe that pleasure is a great, or the greatest, good; and you try to enjoy life’s pleasures as much as you can.

Hmmmm…. I guess I’m similar to you TJ. But how the hell can I be 75% Hedonist and 70% Existentialism? Doh! followed by 45% Utilitarianism, 25% Strong Egoism, 20% Justice (Fairness), 15% Nihilism, 10% Apathy, 5% Kantianism, 0% Divine Command.

Hmm, I’m an existentialist. Hedonism came in second though.

Looks like I’m an existentialist Kantian hedonist. Sounds like French German cinema.

Janice: Hedonism seems to be rather popular.
Poobah: I’m sure you scored high on Divine Command too
Amy: Sounds like your head is going to explode

It’s the way the questions were phrased. There is no Puritan control mechanism to separate the majority of prudish Americans who suppress their pleasure due to religious/ethical notions of propriety. The few true hedonists, like myself, are lumped together with the majority of more complicated (and therefore more frustrated) individuals.
